Colorado Newsline did an article about the two eating disorder bills that we heard in the Health and Human Services Committee last week. I am prime sponsor along with Majority Leader Moreno of one of them, SB23-176. This would ban use of BMI in excluding people from treatment, ban minors from buying diet pills and put some necessary guidelines around treatment facilities.
